Getting Started Accelerator for RH-PAM Operator

The noise-to-signal ratio in the existing Deploying RH-PAM on OCP using the Operator doc is currently very high.  Recommend adding a Getting Started Using the RH-PAM Operator guide.

This guide should :

1.  Document use of the operator with no config customizations made during provisioning

2.  Provide an architecture diagram of the components that are provisioned from this default provisioning

3.  Include screenshots of the various UI forms presented to the user during RH-PAM provisioning

4.  Include values of default configurations.  ie:  default user, password and roles for authentication into both BC and Kie-Server.
