Filippe has raised some external database issues and so I went in to update the parts, and I also updated the procedure as per readme. So I need your review too.

Note: I understand other dialect changes might be necessary but that working out a dialect list can take some time. I created BXMSDOC-6014 for that task to avoid sprint spillover.
