Right now it is not clear from the documentation how to set Autoclaim property for swimlanes see swimlane documentation

It should be clear that Autoclaim property should be set on Project level and not for the individual Swimlane. Also instruction how to set up Autoclaim using UI can be added. See this comment for more details
