RHPAM 7 Installation Guide is missing steps to set up the database using ddl scripts

The BPMS 6.4 Installation Guide contained instructions on how to set up the database schema using the ddl script from the supplementary package.

The RHPAM 7.x Installation Guide is missing these steps.

As setting up the database schema using the scripts has a significant impact on performance, and is recommended for all production environments, it needs to be documented. The scripts can now be found in the rhpam-7.1.0-add-ons.zip$rhpam-7.1-migration-tool.zip file.
