I see at least one hole in it. In non-S2I install, I need to tell the user where to get the information for connecting to te Decision Central or to the stand-alone management console. Host/port/service/etc - it should be visible in that console somewhere and I need to tell them where.

There are probably more holes, so please review. A nice compiled version is here

And our internal pull request with the source is here - I dout you want to work your way through the mess of files, but might be a nice vehicle for commenting, possibly.

Important: absence of a full list of parameters is fully intentional. I want to describe the parameters that one often needs to use; please point out which parameters I failed to mention.

For the full list,I'd rather edit the template so that the comments in the template are clear. I hope we can sit down on BJN and go through the parameters. Then I will do it like an adult - fork your repo, edit the templates, and shoot a pull request in your direction.
