7.4.6.5. New Fact Field Value Columns

The subsection 7.4.6.5. New Fact Field Value Columns of section should be merged with the 7.4.6.4. Field Value Columns sub section because there are no more two separate options for setting field of an existing fact and a new fact. Attaching also some procedure:

• Invoke new column wizard - link the section 7.4.5. Adding Columns
• Select Set the value of a field option
• Click Next
• Select either existing pattern (select box) or create new one (button)
• Click next
• Select field that you would like to update
• Click next
• Provide list of acceptable values and default value, both optional
• Click next
• Provide column header, hide column - optional, according to your data in second page of wizard you can update engine with changes or insert fact logically
• Finish the wizard
