      Remove Shipwright Triggers from our build pipeline in CPaaS for the v1.0.z releases.

      Triggers was initially added to the release of v1.0.0. However, it is not deployed by the operator and the project is not in a state where we can confidently support it. Triggers is on the long term roadmap (candidate for v1.2 or later).
