      Epic Goal

      Promote Buildpacks build strategy to Tech Preview

      Acceptance Criteria (Mandatory)

      • Buildpacks build strategy is Tech Preview
      • Buildpacks build strategy is installed on the cluster by default when operator gets installed
      • Builds with the buildpacks strategy successfully complete with the upstream UBI-based paketo buildpacks
      • Docs are updated with buildpacks guides - includes product documentation as well as semi-upstream GitHub docs
      • Developers can create a Build from an example in the developer console.
      • CI - MUST be running successfully with tests automated
      • Release Technical Enablement - Provide necessary release enablement details and documents.

      Dependencies (internal and external)

      • Upstream UBI-based buildpack images. These are now available at docker.io/paketocommunity/builder-ubi-base
