• Add configurability to the build controller through Options in the ShipwrightBuild Operator CRD
• Configure Build Controller HA through the Shipwright Operator

• Enhance cluster administrator experience around Build Controller deployment (adds capabilities to set infrastructure settings)
• Enhance developer experience around Build Controller (multiple configurations options via environment variables)
