Description

Building on top of ~~BUILD-348~~, update all of the APIs as defined in csi-driver-shared-resource and csi-driver-shared-resource-operator:

API group - `sharedresource.openshift.io`
CSI Driver name - `csi.sharedresource.openshift.io`
CRDs - SharedSecret and SharedConfigMap
Use command line invocations in godoc rather than YAML
