Release S2I image with CVE fixes

      Important and Critical CVES should be addressed in the S2I image:

      The image description also needs an update to explain what the image contains:

      This image is not dependent on any specific version of OCP and hence we should remove the ocp version from the org name in RH image catalog.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • CVE-2020-1712 is addressed in the image
      • Productized image repository should not contain OCP versions
      • The image description is updated to be more descriptive
      • S2I image is GA
