      User Story

      As a developer
      I want to use Buildah in rootless mode to build my application
      So that I do not need special permissions to run buildah strategy builds on Shipwright

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Buildah strategy builds in Shipwright do not need to run as UID 0.
      • s2i + buildah strategy builds in Shipwright do not need to run as UID 0.
