Epic Goal

This epic is for testing and upgrading dependencies or OLM v1

Now that OLMv1 is GA, we would like to ensure Openshift Builds is  tested on OLMv1 and work with OLMv1’s feature set, both existing and planned.

This will help our customers to use Builds operator and switch to OLMv1.
