shp CLI Version on console.redhat.com Outdated

      Description of problem:

      The `shp` CLI published to console.redhat.com/downloads reports the 0.14.0 upstream CLI version. No other build information is provided, and I assume this is related to the Builds 1.3 release (which is now EOL)

      Workaround: use the upstream v0.17.0 CLI

      Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      None

      Steps to Reproduce

       # Download CLI from console.redhat.com/downloads

       

      Actual results:

      $ shp version
version: 0.14.0

      Expected results:

      A clearer version aligned with the downstream product:

      $ shp version
version: Builds for Red Hat OpenShift v1.6.0 (Shipwright v0.17.0)
