Support Shipwright Triggering

Why is this important?

Right now BuildConfig support the events mechanism, in shipwright we have the triggering support that 

covers the same functionality.  

In this epic we will implement the following upstream issues:

• https://github.com/shipwright-io/operator/issues/240 Install triggers        
• https://github.com/shipwright-io/triggers/issues/45 Github webhook support        
• https://github.com/shipwright-io/triggers/issues/166 Image change trigger        
• https://github.com/shipwright-io/triggers/issues/165 GitLab support

• Acceptance criteria are met
• Non-functional properties of the Feature have been validated (such as performance, resource, UX, security or privacy aspects)
• User Journey automation is delivered
• Support and SRE teams are provided with enough skills to support the feature in production environment
