As a developer I want all the reference update PRs from Konflux to be merged automatically once the tests are passed.

Background (Required)

Konflux has a Github app that creates dependency update PRs every weekend to update the task in their pipeline. Since these PRs doesn't have any source code update, it can merged automatically.
