      We currently maintain a "true fork" of shipwright-io/build, where we have the Konflux-onboarded components and related build configurations (ex: Dockerfiles).

      Instead of maintaining a fork, set up a "shipwright" monorepo that imports Shipwright code via git submodules. This akin to how the "midstream" repository worked in CPaaS.
