Description of problem:

The Builds for OpenShift operator does not show its Technology Icon when it is first shown to cluster admins in OpenShift's OperatorHub. The logo only appears after the admin installs the operator.

This is only an issue on OCP 4.17. The logo appears as expected in OCP 4.16 and lower.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

OpenShift 4.17

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy OpenShift 4.17 on any platform (ex: ROSA)
2. Search for the operator in OperatorHub
    

   Actual results:

Operator appears, but does not have an icon (just shows the grey "lightning bolt" icon).

Expected results:

Operator entry has the correct Technology Icon for the product
