Build strategies must reference containers by their SHA digests. Mirroring by tag is not supported.

Expected results:

Build pod references images by SHA, and image is in the "relatedImages" portion of the operator CSV

• Additional containers referenced in build strategies are mirrorable by standard OperatorHub mirroring practices.
