      Story (Required)

As a Red Hat engineer trying to enable ARM support with Builds for OpenShift I want to enable the Konflux multi-arch pipeline for all built components.

<Defines what is not included in this story>

      • Update docker file in the redhat-openshift-builds/operator and redhat-openshift-builds/shipwrightbuil-io and remove hardcoding around GOARCH and GOOS
      • Update tekton pipelines to use Konflux multi-arch pipeline
      • Update the Openshift Builds catalog FBC pipeline to multi-arch
