Add AutoNode configuration status to HostedCluster API status

      This is going to go along with https://issues.redhat.com/browse/AUTOSCALE-538, we just need to add an indication that AutoNode is configured to the HostedCluster status.  Right now we think just a boolean true/false is good enough. 

       

      Done When:

      • HostedCluster API contains Autonode configuration status field
