Turn over a multi-arch CMA release to IBM for QE testing

      IBM wants to use the CMA for something in early 2026, so they said they could help with testing if we could do the multi-arch builds. 

      Done When

      • Multi-arch build/bundle has been released to stage
      • FBCs have been packed with that bundle 
      • Catalogs have been turned over to IBM for testing (preferably with some instructions) 
      • IBM is unblocked and can start testing
