Upstream karpenter's EC2NodeClass supports the role and instanceProfile fields to be configurable. The Karpenter-operator in HCP does not allow these fields to be changed through a VAP. We should continue to unset them, but allow users to modify the openshiftec2nodeclass's role and instanceprofile fields as they wish.

We should also use the same cel logic as ec2nodeclass such that only one of instanceProfle or Role is allowed to be set at once on a singular openshiftec2nodeclass.
