We need to QE this new feature InPlaceOrRecreate, which we are looking to GA in 4.21 timeframe.

This description is still a skeleton because we have not officially downstreamed the feature yet. This is tracked in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/AUTOSCALE-58.

When that is unblocked, I will add some details on how we should either add some QE tests or manually verify any of the docs that we will write.

Update Nov 3, the new Definition of Done (Dod) for this card is:

• Take a look at the outcomes of this card https://issues.redhat.com/browse/AUTOSCALE-58 
  • Review the PRs that comes from https://issues.redhat.com/browse/AUTOSCALE-58 
  • They will likely be PRs enabling more e2e tests for VPA and the VPA operator
  • Verify that the enabled tests and the existing tests fully exercise the InPlaceOrRecreate feature
