Record count: Leave out this column until we figure out feasibility. Eng comment: We've had some feedback and there are some concerns about keeping the record count. It's mainly dealing with compacted topics and "extra" messages in a topic when transactions are being used. This shows estimated record count, but we think it may be better to leave out initially due to possible confusion around how accurate the value may be.

Should have: Filter by Name, Topic ID

Nice to have: Status filter
