Develop an operator to install instances of the StreamsHub Console. The operator should act on instances of a `Console` custom resource and allow for individual sub-resources to be added/removed from the console and should be flexible enough to support additional resource types in the future. For example, Kafka clusters, Apicurio Registry instances, Kroxy virtual clusters, Flink instances, etc.
