Obtain information from Strimzi KafkaUser Kube CRs

The initial implementation may include:

• display the user name and authentication type
• display the compatible listener(s) within the Kafka cluster that the user may use to connect
• display topics, consumer groups, & transactional IDs they have access to, and the access (using the ACLs in the CR)
