Determine what, if any, changes are needed as a result of Strimzi refactoring for the new metrics reporter.

Based on research already done by rhn-support-fvaleri. the following metrics will be renamed. This will require a period where queries of both names are supported until the old names can be dropped.

• kafka_server_brokertopicmetrics_bytesin_total (labels: topic, namespace, strimzi_io_kind) -> kafka_server_brokertopicmetrics_bytesinpersec_total (labels: topic)
• kafka_server_brokertopicmetrics_bytesout_total (labels: topic, namespace, strimzi_io_kind) -> kafka_server_brokertopicmetrics_bytesoutpersec_total (labels: topic)
