Move all tx subsystem attributes at first level (no complex attributes for environments)

The tx subsystem has a number of attributes of complex type (core-environment, recovery-environment, coordinator-environment, object-store). Convert these to resources with simple attributes.

Main thing to do is determine the "child type" for these resources.
