Add JBossWS security-domain before jbossws testsuite runs

      Ideally we should have restored the "JBossWS" security domain, similarly to what we had on AS 5/6. However, since that's for the jbossws testsuite only, we can add that dynamically when running the jbossws testsuite archives deployer.
