jboss-as-build.zip's maven artifact transitively imposes its input dependencies to any consumers of it

TorqueBox relies on the jboss-as-build.zip maven artifact, but maven then transitively downloads everything that went into jboss-as-build.zip, instead of simply the end product.

On IRC, pgier suggested perhaps a separate POM for the .zip artifact, to break the transitivity.
