Allow add security-setting using CLI to messaging subystem

    Description

      It's not possible to add security-setting to messaging subsytem using CLI. For example something like:

      [standalone@localhost:9999 /] /subsystem=messaging/hornetq-server=default:add(security-setting=#)

      would create:

      <security-settings>
   <security-setting match="#">                    
   </security-settings>
</security-settings>
