Enable Infinispan as a second level cache with the Hibernate entity manager (for access through JPA)

Should start by adding Infinispan module dependency to Hibernate module and whatever else is needed to use Infinispan as a second level cache with the Hibernate entity manager (JPA use).

This jira doesn't cover the case of a native Hibernate application that wants to use Infinispan as a second level cache.
