Mod_cluster does not pick up on httpd IPv6 advertising messages

    Description

      Despite the MODCLUSTER-290 is fixed in mod_cluster-1.2.1-0.Beta1 and AS7 starts without errors, pretending to be listening to the balancer's advertisements, no node is registered. Mod_cluster Manager console does not show any node and debug_log does not show any nodes trying to register.

      rhn-engineering-jclere is investigating the advertise logic at the moment.
