      resteasy.scan.providers=blah is rejected as:

      Caused by: org.jboss.as.server.deployment.DeploymentUnitProcessingException: JBAS011235: Invalid value for parameter resteasy.scan.providers: blah

      only if Application subclass is present on classpath.
