The add command is based on the add operation exposed by the management model which doesn't accept xa properties, which means the added xa datasource is not in a fully initialized state to be enabled.

With the recently added feature, default sub-commands of generic type commands can be overriden with custom handlers. So, from the users' perspective I think it'd be much more convenient to have add actually create a fully initialized datasource.
