Update add-user.sh so that in interactive mode it can ask user if they need the Base64 representation of the password.

    Description

      It is quite common for end users to create an invalid Base64 representation of the password they are using for a slave host controller, the add user script in interactive mode should ask if they want to see the Base64 representation and show it to them.
