Some thread subystem write-attribute require two values.

The current EntityToDmrImpl always assumes that attributes can be written one at a time with write-attribute. The Thread subsystem has a few attributes that must be saved together. We will probably solve this by extending EntityToDmrImpl and accounting for these particular attributes.
