Cannot configure a HornetQ connector pointing at a remote server

The HQ subsystem connector element takes a socket-binding reference, and socket bindings are designed for local server sockets. As part of setting up the SocketBinding service the interface has to successfully resolve against one of the interfaces on the local machine. The effect is the connector configuration cannot point to a remote server.

Solution is to support having the socket binding point to the outgoing-socket-binding Jaikiran Pai recently added.
