Currently, messages show at the bottom of the console page and disappear after a couple of seconds. This needs to be moved higher on the page so they are more visible. They should also be bolded or colored (keep in mind section 508 compliance) to make them more visible. Also, it needs to be clearer that the messsages button is a history of messages shown on the console.
