Suspend CLI history while reading username

Not a major issue but it probably does not make sense to cache the username used to connect to JBoss AS in the command history.

We can call setUseHistory to false before prompting for the username and set it back to true immediately after to get a suspend.

(The password is not cached as masked fields are not added to the history)
