add removeModuleSpec(moduleId) to DeploymentModuleLoader

removeModuleSpec method is needed to be able to cleanup the internal cache of ModuleSpec's.
This is necessary if for example module loading failed and there is no module instance to pass to removeModule(module) to clean things up.
