JGroups subsystem add operation not executed using "ha" profile of default domain.xml

For whatever reason, in domain mode, the JGroupsSubsystemAdd operation is not being run. Consequently, clustered infinispan caches will not start due to a missing dependency.
Strangely enough, standalone mode works fine.
