Move JavaDoc from Field level to Method level for Configuration objects

Currently all documentation on Configuration objects are on private fields which means they are not actually included in the javadoc and make them pointless.

As part of arquillian.org we want to automate this documentation and plan to use the javadoc for a release to extract the information.

We should either move the comments on field level down to the setters or reference it.
