ExceptionProxy does not handle constructors of type (Throwable)

Exceptions that only has a single Constructor with argument Throwable can not be recreated by the ExceptionProxy.

@Test.expected = weld.IllegalArgumentException fail, since returned Exception is ArquillianExceptionProxy.
