Describe how to manually start/stop server instances and how to manually deploy/undeploy deployments during test execution. It should contain description of ContainerController (http://docs.jboss.org/arquillian/api/latest/org/jboss/arquillian/container/test/api/ContainerController.html) and Deployer (http://docs.jboss.org/arquillian/api/latest/org/jboss/arquillian/container/test/api/Deployer.html). Container modes - custom and manual - should be also clarified.
