Analyze the following bugzilla: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1944664 Use the following email from Adam as guide for the analysis:

      Hi Predrag,

I know for various reasons the transitioning of OpenShift Templates has been put on the back burner. A BZ recently came in, however, that I think would be a good exercise for the team to investigate [1]. The bug report is likely not a bug, but a longstanding feature. Your team's task is to do the following:

      1. Track down why we added this behavior as a feature.
      2. Verify that this behavior is documented in our official docs.
      3. Update the BZ appropriately.

Step 1 will require some git archeology - the code shifted repos when we launched OpenShift 4, the original git history can be found in openshift/origin's release-3.11 branch. The history should point you to the PRs and perhaps Trello cards (yes, Trello) that tracked the feature.

Step 2 is to check the official Templates docs [2] to see if we describe this behavior. If we don't, the bug should be transitioned to the Documentation component. However, the onus should be on your team to coordinate the doc update (either via your docs rep or by submitting the docs PR yourself).

If we have documented the feature well, your team should close the BZ with a comment that links to the doc section describing the feature. This comment should be public so other OpenShift users who encounter this behavior can be pointed in the right direction.

      Best,
      Adam
