Currently the AppServices QE Jenkins instance (a.k.a ocpappsvc) (https://main-jenkins-csb-ocpappsvc.apps.ocp4.prod.psi.redhat.com/) is based on Jenkins CSB version 2-235 (https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/ccit/jenkins-csb/-/tree/2-235).

That version is likely to have some security issues so the Jenkins CSB is updating the base to version 2-277-2 (https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/ccit/jenkins-csb/-/tree/2-277-2)

The ocpappsvc Jenkins instance should be updated accordingly.
