Service binding operator should work even on plain k8s clusters having no OLM installed.

• It should be possible to install the operator with kubectl apply -f release.yaml where release.yaml contains all needed resources.
• Such release.yaml file should be generated in automated way
• It should be documented
• Acceptance tests should be run against such cluster on each PR
