Description

This story is part of the plan to replace the e2e test suite by the accetpance tests and to remove e2e suite eventually.

Acceptance criteria

ci/prow/e2e and ci/prow/4.5-e2e jobs are removed from the PR checks of the SBO repository
e2e test suite is removed from the codebase
